Building Executive Presence Program
Great leaders have an executive presence that is difficult to ignore and that many aspire to. Executive presence coaching can help senior leaders develop this trait, which many people believe is a natural talent. However, through this program, leaders can learn to build their executive presence over a period of time.
Executive Presence is an intensive 90-day leadership development program that is specifically designed for senior leaders in an organization with over 15 years of experience. Through this program, leaders will be able to use their unique, authentic style to motivate and inspire others. The program focuses on developing key skills that contribute to executive presence, such as effective communication, charisma, gravitas, and confidence.
